5 Lessons We Learn from the film PK

After making 3 Idiots in 2009 it took five years for Rajkumar Hirani to find the right story to make a come back. The much awaited film of the year PK has released and received a warm welcome at the box-office. Several stories and rumours about P.K. can now be put to rest. With the controversies surrounding the PK, there are many takeaways from the film but here are the five points that can be derived from PK

Aliens exists :- We haven’t seen any but Aliens do exist and they are adorable enough to make you fall in love with them. Aamir also changed our belief in a way, aliens may not be some ugly looking creatures, like most of the films portray it.

God exists :-  PK doesn't question God and His existence but he condemns the farce marketed by the God men. Calling them managers of religion, he questions the fear that is instilled in the name of religion speaks, "Jo darr gaya woh mandir gaya."

To Let your Love go :- Sometimes letting go your love makes you a bigger person. At the end of the day, love is never about being loved back or owning the one you love, it’s about realising what makes them happy.

No Bhaste of Time :- You can watch Raju Hirani’s films multple times with your family without skipping a certain scene. There is no blood shed, no violence, no sexual innuendos or abusive language. PK doesn’t have a single moment where you will want to skip a scene away. In a day of Babydolls and Chaar Botal Vodkas, PK’s Love is a time of waste (bhaste!)

Director is always The Boss :- Raju Hirani is a genius storyteller and a brilliant director.PK has that unmissable Hirani stamp on every scene. The writing, dialogues, humor, character sketches, everything resonates Raju Hirani. Unlike other films that came this year that sailed on the name of its lead star, PK had two stars – Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani. Two giants who were extremely secure and confident about their project.

It is also noteworthy that, 2014 belongs to Aamir Khan. He came like a tailender who hit a six and brought this box-office match to a finish!
