Performance does not matter in IPL?

Dhoni same team since 3 year:
Package 12 crore.

Yuvraj 3 Switches (Punjab, Pune & now Bangalore):
Package 14 crore.

Moral :
Performance doesn't matter....Job me switch karte raho... Package jyada ho jayega.
